Experienced a really nice room service! Had a good and short conversation with the friendly staff named Saksham Singh. Service was good and he also shows a lot of respect towards the guests. The Nasi Goreng that I ordered taste really good too!

I am staying here for 2 nights. The hotel is very cosy and stylish. The room is comfortable and clean. I have just ordered the room service which was the butter chicken and the cheese nann that not found in the menu. The food was great. Usually I don't eat much chicken. But this one is so tasty that I think I can finish all. And I want to say thank you to the staff Mr. Koushik who delivered the meal to my room. He was so friendly, cheerful and polite. He delivered my meal with smile. He also asked about my stay to show his care after putting down the food. His excellent customer service should earn a compliment. Thanks a lot.😊

Hospitality and food at Andaz is outstanding. We stayed there for couple of days. The experience was memorable and we were served by Kaushik with warmth and professionalism. Sonia took care of the room pretty well. There were many thoughtful and personal gestures. Keep up the good work.

This was a fantastic stay - the staff were all super helpful, kind, and friendly from check-in, to breakfast, to check-out. The hotel itself is very nice in a great location. so we were upgraded to larger, even nicer room. . Breakfast was a very expansive buffet with many types of dishes available Housekeeping was amazing as when I came back I saw some almonds near my bed. I was quite happy as I felt like am at my home. Special thanks to housekeeping staff and Sonia.

This is my third visit at the Andaz hotel and every time it only gets better. Cleanliness upkeep and facilities were very good, but what stands out the most and what makes a guest feel welcomed is the staff that work there. Right from check in to check out - every single team member - on the floor, in the business area,s, at restaurants and reception and even the door man - were exceptional. Their service came from their hearts. It was evident that they were not just doing their duty. They were happy helping and guiding you all along. If you asked for directions, they would walk you to the place you want to go and not just point out the direction. Overall superb. I shall go back there again.
